Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the engine that helps our recruiting efforts go, helping to schedule onsite interviews and moving candidates through the pipeline. You'll play a key role in helping assemble a talented staff to help us build reliable, interpretable and steerable AI systems.

In Short

• Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Support and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
• Ensure candidates feel supported and informed.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to enhance candidate experience.
• Manage complex scheduling scenarios across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high volume scheduling role.
• A passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience as a strategic partner to recruiters.
• Comfort with providing and requesting feedback.
