Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the organization in hiring individuals to assist clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to achieve hiring goals.

In Short

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage and update candidate data across ATS and related systems.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics for planning purposes.
• Assist with implementation of new systems including ATS.
• Support Talent Acquisition Manager with phone and resume screening.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in recruitment or coordination.
• Experience with ATS or related software systems preferred.
• Exceptional candidate and hiring team experience.
• Ability to schedule interviews professionally.
• Good multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google platforms.
