Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
• Adaptable team player with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Passionate about providing excellent candidate experiences
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience in a scaling tech organization preferred
• Curiosity and openness to growth
