Overview

The Territory Head will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a loyal customer base while providing exceptional services and technical support in the heavy industry sector.

  • Maintain a loyal customer base through excellent service and support.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to fulfill sales and service commitments.
  • Achieve planned sales forecasts for both Klüber and OKS brands.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from partners.
  • Manage and fill the CRM Opportunity pipeline.
  • Implement strategy for Heavy Industry and monitor its effectiveness.
  • Conduct sufficient customer visits and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Convert marketing leads into sales opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of Value Selling.
  • Collaborate with teams for business growth across market segments.

Requirements

  • Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or Chemical disciplines.
  • 10-12 years of sales experience in Industrial lubricants or MRO products.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to industrial fields.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales goals and manage processes.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships.
