Overview

This position offers the opportunity to lead and manage the success of strategic customers in a fast-growing, cloud infrastructure and DevOps-focused environment. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and expansion while serving as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts.

In Short

  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Develop trusted relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps leaders.
  • Drive value realization by defining success metrics and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and implement action plans to mitigate churn.
  • Shape and enhance customer success programs.
  • Serve as a technical expert and advise on best practices.
  • Facilitate Customer Advisory Boards to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Project management experience for internal initiatives or customer trials.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking customer health.
  • Startup-compatible, hands-on attitude.
  • Bonus: SQL skills for actionable insights.
