Overview

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to manage our Enterprise and self-serve customers, ensuring their satisfaction and uncovering expansion opportunities.

In Short

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of our Enterprise and self-serve customers.
  • You will manage daily communications, onboarding, demos, and troubleshooting with customer teams.
  • You will work closely with the Technical Customer Lead on strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • You will execute Customer Success playbooks and keep CRM tools updated.
  • You will act as the first line of troubleshooting for customers, documenting and escalating issues as needed.
  • You will collect and structure feedback from customer interactions to inform Product and ML teams.
  • You will collaborate with Account Executives, ML, and Product teams to coordinate renewals and troubleshooting.
  • You are comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones and maintaining reliable communication.
  • You will assist with administrative tasks related to customer success.

Requirements

  • You have a proven ability to manage Enterprise or high-value SaaS customer accounts.
  • You enjoy working in early-stage startups and are comfortable with autonomy.
  • You are enthusiastic about AI and GenAI.
  • You understand the essentials of creating quality visuals.
  • You are familiar with technical frontend and backend development concepts.
  • You have experience providing first-line technical troubleshooting.
  • You are organized and process-oriented.
  • You are a strong communicator, managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • You are a self-starter who works independently.
  • You are fluent in English; another language is a plus.
