Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in diagnosing and troubleshooting server, networking, and cloud services issues.
• Experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with managing Microsoft cloud services like Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with virtualization environments such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Ability to coordinate and resolve complex issues with vendors.
• Experience in managing security events and performing client migrations.
• Strong communication skills for client relationship management.
