We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue, expand service adoption, and strengthen long-term client relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, collaborate across teams to align solutions with client needs, and leverage insights to drive business outcomes.   • Manage a named portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Influence internal teams and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery and expansion of services.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to strategically position solutions.
  • Travel to client sites and conferences as needed (approximately 20–30%).
