As a Senior Pricing and Packaging Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of software monetization strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and customer-centric insights to shape pricing models, packaging structures, and revenue-driving initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, leveraging data to inform decisions and deliver measurable impact. The position offers the opportunity to define pricing strategy in a growing technology environment, influence cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to the success of products and customers alike.

In Short

• Develop and maintain pricing and packaging strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
• Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark pricing and inform positioning.
• Design monetization models, including subscription, usage-based, and transaction-based pricing.
• Analyze pricing KPIs, perform elasticity testing, and integrate customer feedback into strategic updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure packaging aligns with product capabilities and roadmap.
• Lead structured rollouts and internal communications for pricing changes, supporting enablement and objection handling.
• Maintain governance documentation and manage internal pricing tools and systems (CPQ, billing platforms).
