Senior Pricing and Packaging Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and customer-centric Senior Pricing & Packaging Manager to own and optimize the way we monetize our software and services offerings.

In Short

• Support the Business Unit General Managers with pricing and packaging strategy.
• Own pricing-related competitive and market research.
• Develop segmentation-based strategies for market fit.
• Design and optimize monetization models.
• Define and track key pricing KPIs.
• Partner with FP&A to analyze pricing elasticity.
• Collaborate with Product & Business Unit GMs.
• Lead structured rollouts for pricing changes.
• Maintain documentation of pricing decisions.
• Manage pricing systems and internal tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Experience designing pricing tests.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Familiarity with SaaS financial metrics.
