Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of AC Disaster Consulting. We are currently looking for a Proposal Coordinator in the United States.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced proposal professional to play a key role in driving business growth through high-impact government and emergency management bids. You’ll manage proposals from identification to submission, working closely with subject-matter experts, technical teams, and leadership to create compelling, compliant responses. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility, meaningful work, and exposure to a fast-paced environment where disaster preparedness and response solutions make a direct societal impact.

In Short

  • Lead the full proposal lifecycle, from identifying new RFP opportunities to final submission and delivery.
  • Analyze RFPs to ensure compliance and build structured responses using compliance matrices.
  • Coordinate input and schedules across internal teams and subcontractors to meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain databases and content libraries including past performance records, resumes, and templates.
  • Support the Go/No-Go decision process and ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with marketing and data teams to develop visuals, graphics, and formatted proposal documents.
  • Enforce timelines, facilitate team reviews, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all deliverables.
  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, formatting, and compliance, working with technical editors as needed.
  • Support post-submission processes including FOIA reviews, debriefs, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Experience in proposal management and RFP processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for compliance evaluation.
  • Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
