• Manage and coordinate all incoming RFP requests.
• Organize documents and inputs for completing customer RFPs.
• Maintain and update the Responsive database.

Requirements

• Experience with RFPs in Enterprise, Public Sector, SaaS, and B2B.
• Strong understanding of bid and deal lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with content management tools.
• Ability to manage distractions effectively.
• Experience with procurement platforms.
• Strong skills in gSuite, Slack, Seismic, and Adobe.
• Self-directed and adaptable to change.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
