As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand relationships with key dental partners, particularly Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), driving growth and ensuring Sunbit’s technology becomes the leading patient financing solution in dental practices across the United States.

In Short

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Sunbit's presence within DSOs and dental practices.
  • Analyze account performance and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery.
  • Set and track monthly goals for account activity, performance, and revenue.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
  • Track and manage all account activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends, partner needs, and industry changes to the internal teams.
