Integration Services Manager - Remote

Overview

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and execute customer integration projects from start to finish, delivering seamless and scalable solutions.

In Short

• Design and implement custom integration solutions to deliver world-class experiences for customers.
• Build and maintain connectors and SDKs using Workato (iPaaS) or similar middleware tools.
• Lead integration projects end-to-end, including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Act as an integration expert and advisor in pre-sales conversations, guiding customers on REST API best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless outcomes.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
