Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SaaS, networking, or systems integration.
• Technical fluency in networking and cloud/on-prem integration.
• Experience in project or operations management.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations.
• Experience with performance dashboards and process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team builder and mentor.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Experience with public safety customers is a plus.
