Inside Sales Area Manager - Remote

Overview

The Inside Sales Area Manager will be responsible for expanding and retaining a portfolio of independent and franchise dealerships within a defined territory, working remotely in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Conduct 70+ outbound calls daily to connect with prospective and existing dealership clients.
• Drive acquisition by signing 3–5 new dealerships per month while growing relationships with current accounts.
• Train dealers to effectively use internal tools for submitting and managing financing deals.
• Serve as the dealership's main point of contact, providing expert guidance on finance programs.
• Resolve operational issues for dealerships.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure dealer satisfaction.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service with a strong emphasis on availability and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or financing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales software.
• Ability to train and support dealership staff effectively.
