This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional passionate about delivering exceptional onboarding experiences. You will guide new customers through the full implementation lifecycle — from kickoff to deployment — ensuring a seamless transition onto a robust platform. As the central point of coordination, you’ll collaborate across operations, IT, and client services to align solutions with business needs. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive customer success, optimize internal processes, and support a smooth handoff to long-term account teams.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects, from scoping to deployment, aligning client expectations with deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation progress, training, and documentation handover.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Automation, Legal, Sales) to ensure timely and accurate platform setup.
• Monitor implementation milestones and communicate status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues, assist with platform navigation, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Analyze client feedback and project outcomes to drive continuous improvement in implementation practices.
• Support additional administrative or project-based duties as needed.
