This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee multiple Area Directors and their field-based sales teams across the southern UK. You will be responsible for setting the vision, ensuring delivery against ambitious targets, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Acting as a strategic leader, you will guide regional teams, strengthen customer relationships, and drive operational excellence. In Short

  • Lead, manage, and develop the South UK sales teams through direct leadership of up to four Area Directors.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed KPIs, targets, and account objectives.
  • Develop territory and area plans aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Mentor and coach teams, ensuring high performance, succession planning, and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain key customer and partner relationships across the region.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including recruitment, performance management, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support growth and deliver strategic objectives.
  • Act as a role model, setting clear expectations and championing best practices.
