Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales in agency advertising, adtech, or B2C martech.
  • 2+ years of experience as a first-line sales manager.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and sales reporting.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to articulate sales management strategies.
  • Experience in building and nurturing decision committees.
  • Process-driven mindset for sales success.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking.
