• Directly manage a 6-person Analytics Data Science team across junior to senior levels.
• Participate in the Safety Leads group, contributing data-driven perspectives to safety strategy.

Requirements

• Direct experience on Safety or Integrity teams at consumer tech companies.
• 2+ years directly managing teams of 3+ individuals.
• 5+ years in data science or analytics with proficiency in SQL and R or Python.
• Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with self-service analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Strong perspective in safety or risk domains with application of data science.
• Adopt a management philosophy that fosters autonomy and accountability.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with a bias towards action and learning.
