Remote Compliance Manager

Overview

The Remote Compliance Manager will work closely with the Business Compliance Director to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical practices, with a focus on new business initiatives and alternative payment models.

In Short

• Act as compliance point of contact for new payment model initiatives.
• Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare compliance program management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Capability in making risk-based decisions.
