This role is for a Business Development Lead with deep AWS experience, working with a fast-paced cloud consultancy to drive AWS-focused outreach campaigns and generate leads.

  • Collaborate with the CMO and sales team.
  • Accountable for generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Manage outreach pipeline targeting SMBs and startups.
  • Deliver weekly progress updates and contribute to performance reviews.
  • Drive closed deals during the engagement.
  • Opportunity to scale into a full-time role.
  • Must be available during core U.S. business hours.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience with AWS sales teams or cloud-focused campaigns.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on KPIs and ROI.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
