Overview

As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide expert-level assistance to users of an AI-powered healthcare application, ensuring they receive timely, effective, and empathetic support.

In Short

• Deliver tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and user-facing issues; escalate complex problems to Product or Engineering.
• Manage support ticket queues, monitor SLA response times, and drive process improvements.
• Analyze support trends to inform product enhancements, documentation, and workflows.
• Create and maintain internal and external support documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address client-reported bugs, installation issues, and technical challenges.
• Support the Customer Success team on technical deliverables and escalations.
