This role is designed for a motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an Account Executive, you will act as a strategic advisor to clients and broker partners, managing post-sale engagement and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, coordinating services and navigating post-sale implementations.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities including onboarding and reporting.
  • Analyze client data to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct regular service calls and meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Stay current on pharmacy benefit management industry trends.
  • Support contract execution and compliance reviews.
  • Travel approximately 25% to meet with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally in the PBM or healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of PBM industry and regulatory matters.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
