As an IT Helpdesk, you will help team members and end-users resolve technical issues, ensuring the best possible service for our teams.

  • Monitor quality of service and coordinate incidents/requests
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs for response speed and satisfaction
  • Utilize various IT support tools effectively
  • Support remotely with a wide experience
  • Advanced skills in Windows 10, macOS, MS Office, and Google Workspace
  • Manage inventory and support peripherals
  • Create/update technical documentation and procedures
  • Manage user accounts in cloud applications
  • Participate in IT team projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience with Google Suite applications
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with remote administration tools
  • Work in security-first environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with high motivation
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
