Overview

The IT Helpdesk role involves providing remote support to affiliate employees across various platforms and assisting with network maintenance and troubleshooting.

In Short

  • Provide helpdesk end user support.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS platforms.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Provide remote desktop support using Connectwise Automate.
  • Support network maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Assist pre-sales engineering and sales teams.
  • Design Wi-Fi coverage heat maps using tools like Ekahau.
  • Monitor and manage RMA requests.
  • Document department procedures and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in helpdesk support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Familiarity with network support and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to assist with pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to document processes effectively.
  • Experience with RMA processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
