Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management.
• Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally in the Staffing Industry or SaaS.
• Fluent in German and good English skills (at least B1).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Empathetic and open nature to build strong client relationships.
