Overview

As a Sr. Manager, you will lead the Learning & Development team specialized in providing development experience and opportunities to our members at JLL. You will be responsible for developing Learning Journeys, content, and programs, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the best development experience.

In Short

  • Lead a small team managing training and development.
  • Coordinate with clients to develop and maintain learning programs.
  • Analyze performance data and present insights to clients.
  • Manage training budgets and reforecasting processes.
  • Drive LMS strategy for optimal usage and compliance.
  • Develop large-scale learning programs with alignment on objectives.
  • Utilize various instructional design models for program development.
  • Engage with leadership to influence training initiatives.
  • Maintain communication standards and instructional design templates.
  • Oversee compliance of safety training across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in Training and Development.
  • 3 years of program management or leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Proven experience in designing adult learning programs.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in LMS administration.
  • Proficiency in e-learning and video software.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders around programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
