Overview

The Operation Supervisor - Softservices at JLL is responsible for managing soft-service operations, vendor management, and financial processes to ensure smooth operations at the site.

• Manage soft-service operations including cleaning services.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Facility Management or related fields.
• More than 1 year of experience in People Management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Team player with a focus on meeting targets.
• Confident and energetic personality.
