Overview

The Shift Technician at JLL plays a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment, while supporting facility management and project handovers.

• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of M&E equipment.
• Organize and oversee vendor maintenance work.
• Respond to emergency alarms and incidents promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
• Support minor project management and vendor cooperation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Handle user-reported defects and maintenance requests.
• Attend to scheduled activities and provide support to site engineers.
• Participate in after-hours supervision of vendors.
• Manage consumable and spare parts inventory.

Requirements
