Overview

The Mold Technician A Shift will operate and monitor injection molding machines and ensure quality output while adhering to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

In Short

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems and safety regulations.
• Setup and troubleshoot injection molding processes.
• Document all press activity as required.
• Work with Mold Repair to maintain production efficiencies.
• Perform changeovers and first piece approvals.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years technical manufacturing experience required.
• Molding experience/scientific molding techniques preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical competence.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to uphold company values.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
