Technician - Remote

Overview

The Technician will be responsible for controlling systems and equipment within the building, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company rules while investigating and repairing equipment as needed.

• Control systems and equipment in the building.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Make checklists as assigned by engineers.
• Investigate and repair equipment issues as requested by tenants.
• Inspect electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.
• Maintain detailed records of chiller consumption and air conditioning temperatures.
• Provide electrical and telephone systems for exhibitions.
• Be prepared for emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Vocation or Diploma in Electricity or related field.
• New graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and building systems in high-rise buildings.
• Electrical license is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Available to work in shifts.
