Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 1-3 years of customer service experience.

  • Ability to manage high email volumes and multiple projects.
  • Warm, engaging demeanor with empathizing skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation systems is preferred.
  • Experience with digital platforms for service management.
  • Comfort presenting to large audiences.
  • Familiarity with commute management platforms.
