Overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator at Felix will be the voice of the company, ensuring high-quality care throughout the customer lifecycle while advocating for users’ needs.

In Short

  • Provide personalized communication to Felix users via chat, email, and occasional phone support.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners to ensure quality care.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of user orders.
  • Document common user issues to influence product improvements.
  • Educate users on pricing, processes, and products during onboarding.
  • Share learnings across departments to enhance customer care.
  • Participate in product strategy to shape customer care for all users.
  • Manage community inquiries on social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Technologically savvy and eager to learn.
  • Ability to explain technical problems clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset.
  • Must be a proactive problem solver.
