In Short

• Assist with execution of sourcing strategies under guidance.
• Support development of compliance and savings initiatives.
• Maintain JLL sourcing and contracting standards.
• Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Support RfX processes and evaluations.
• Learn to undertake e-auctions/electronic RFPs.
• Assist with risk management activities.
• Provide purchasing support to Operational and Finance teams.
• Assist with KPI monitoring and savings delivery tracking.
• Handle additional purchasing projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Some experience in Procurement or Sourcing.
• Fluent in English and French or German.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good numerical skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Reliable follow-through on tasks.
• Customer service orientation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
