Senior Buyer ( Contracting ) with German - Remote

Overview

The Senior Buyer will be responsible for analyzing contracts, providing guidance on legal and commercial matters, and ensuring compliance with internal policies while maintaining communication with suppliers and various departments.

• Analyze contracts for compliance with internal strategy and legal provisions.
• Provide guidance on legal and commercial matters.
• Process and register confirmations of receipt of contracts.
• Ensure quality of contractual services according to SLA.
• Maintain communication between suppliers and internal departments.
• Resolve customer escalations and implement corrective measures.
• Send and ensure completion of contractual documents by suppliers.
• Report daily activities in a registration system.
• Work with Coupa system to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with client's contract policy for indirect contracting activities.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of sourcing/procurement fundamentals.
• Competence in project management basics.
• Knowledge of eSourcing tools like Coupa, Ariba, SAP.
• High problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate relevant data and insights.
• 2-3 years of work experience in Procurement.
