Overview

Mayo Clinic’s Legal Department is seeking highly motivated candidates for the Senior Contract Manager position. Candidates for this position shall have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing complex contracts independently within a team environment.

• Responsible for contract development, review, analysis, and negotiation.

• Comfortable leading legal work streams on complex transactions.
• Must live within driving distance of Mayo Clinic sites.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing complex contracts.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple negotiations.
• Experience in business/corporate/transactional work.
• Understanding of health law and litigation.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with website design and management.
