Senior Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

Locus Robotics is a leader in the rapidly growing eCommerce order fulfillment optimization space. Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing and optimizing existing facility infrastructure.

In Short

• Maintain and update the company’s contract database.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage customer and vendor agreements.
• Track implementation events to support revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with finance and customer support teams.
• Ensure accuracy in schedules and contracts.
• Develop improved processes for contract workflows.
• Support audits by providing contract data.
• Lead the implementation of contract lifecycle management systems.
• Provide training on contract processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems.
• Experience with SaaS for data analytics and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates high standards in aligning with company values.
