Overview

Wrike is looking for an energetic, passionate, customer orientated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Mid Market customers in EMEA, ensuring they receive maximum value from the Wrike platform.

In Short

  • Build strong customer relationships and act as the Wrike advocate.
  • Partner with customers to establish clear business goals and metrics of success.
  • Create and manage comprehensive engagement strategies to ensure customer ROI.
  • Provide guidance and address challenges as the Wrike subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to build the Customer Success brand.
  • Monitor your book of business and work towards targets.
  • Maintain detailed customer-centric actions and communication plans.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in English & French/German (verbal & written).
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success Management or customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with various teams including Marketing and IT.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge in project management and change management.
  • Excellent people skills and patience in difficult situations.
  • Willingness to dive into technical product details.
