As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Felix, you will be the voice of the company and advocate for our customers, ensuring high-quality care throughout their journey.

In Short

  • Provide thoughtful, personalized communication to Felix users across various platforms.
  • Communicate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners to ensure quality care.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of orders as per user requests.
  • Document user issues to contribute to support query library and product improvements.
  • Drive conversion in onboarding by educating users about pricing and processes.
  • Collaborate with departments to share user insights.
  • Participate in product strategy and operations for customer care.
  • Occasional community management and handling inquiries on social media.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Technologically savvy and eager to learn.
  • Ability to explain technical problems clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer issues.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset.
  • Proactive in seeking help when needed.
