Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience in building and deploying ML models.
• Proficient in SQL, R, and Python.
• Expertise in spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly.
• Corporate Real Estate knowledge is preferred.
