Overview

The Data Analytics team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong quantitative background to drive financial and operational insights to support FP&A, Accounting, and Partnerships.

In Short

• Perform ad hoc analysis to determine underlying trends affecting transaction volume.
• Work with Data Engineering and Finance to automate data transformations.
• Analyze financial metrics and provide insights.
• Manage the entire data lifecycle from collection to presentation.
• Develop interactive visualizations for stakeholders.
• Calculate royalties for partners.
• Identify optimization opportunities through historical data analysis.
• Gather data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Explore data to discover patterns and trends.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced data transformations in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with BI or visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization in Python.
• 4+ years in banking or payment processing.
• 2+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow improvement.
• Position preferably based in Austin, Texas.
