In Short

  • Develop and execute a scalable community engagement strategy.
  • Identify platforms and tools to support vibrant community spaces.
  • Track community growth, health, and engagement metrics.
  • Create and moderate discussions, virtual events, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create relevant community content.
  • Identify and cultivate brand advocates and community leaders.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback and concerns.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in community management or related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with community platforms and analytics tools.
  • Empathy-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Sales teams.
  • Passionate about customer success and user experience.
