Community Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Community Manager to be the brand’s voice and connection point across social platforms, forums, and review channels, focusing on fostering positive engagement and managing customer interactions.

In Short

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media, or CX.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 levels).
• Experience managing multiple tasks with consistency and empathy.
• Familiarity with social media trends and customer engagement best practices.
