Overview

As a Lead Product Designer, you will define, champion, and elevate the overarching UX vision and strategy across multiple product areas or an entire product line, leading a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Exemplary portfolio showcasing impactful design strategies.
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of research methodologies and strategic user research.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Visionary understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Ability to mentor and inspire design teams.
• Ownership of design systems and their governance.
