Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our Customer Experience team, driving design for our customer-facing digital tools.

In Short

• Own end-to-end product design for customer-facing tools.
• Translate complex requirements into clear design strategies and high-fidelity solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve our shared design system.
• Collaborate with Research to validate decisions through user testing.
• Lead discovery conversations and influence roadmaps.
• Educate peers on design best practices.
• Lead by example through craft and continuous improvement.
• 7 to 10 years of product design experience required.
• Mastery of Figma and experience with component-based design systems.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills across platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in user research methods and usability testing.
• Deep understanding of product thinking.
• Experience working in agile or lean environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Curiosity and ownership mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with logistics or supply chain design.
• Bonus: Exposure to design systems in code.
