Overview

The HGV Class 1 Driver role at Lineage involves ensuring safe and timely deliveries while supporting a purpose-driven mission to help feed the world.

In Short

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles for deliveries.
• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off days.
• Base rate of £15.01 per hour for up to 39 hours.
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours.
• Ensure vehicle legality and roadworthiness.
• Perform trunking and multi-drop deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Report any vehicle defects.
• Obtain necessary signatures and paperwork.
• Support a purpose-driven mission in logistics.

Requirements

• C+E driving licence required.
• Valid DigiTacho and CPC certification.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 18kg.
• Clear communication skills in English.
