Overview

This position involves leading a digital modernization effort to transform legacy reporting systems into a modern, scalable, and AI-augmented data ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and BI solution design.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
• Experience in reporting modernization initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration points.
• Understanding of data lakehouse architectures.
• Ability to coach others in data governance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
