Overview

The Senior Data Analyst at Independence Pet Holdings will perform statistical modeling and analysis of datasets to develop actionable insights that support the mission of improving the well-being of pets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for reports.
• Curate dataset requirements for analytics and dashboards.

• Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience in data governance and statistical modeling.
• Mentorship experience is preferred.
