Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in helping us leverage data to drive decisions that will shape the future of our online marketplace.

In Short

• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, data & decision science teams.
• Analyze user engagement, product performance, and feature adoption.
• Provide insights for product development and customer engagement.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and optimize marketing spend.
• Develop forecasting models for marketplace trends and customer demand.
• Use A/B testing for new features and marketing strategies.
• Ensure data quality and develop governance processes.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for key metrics.
• Strong experience in data analytics, preferably in e-commerce.
• Work independently and lead analytical projects.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL (SSMS, Snowflake).
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
• Proficient in R/Python for data analysis.
• Experience with data forecasting and CRM data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to convert unclean data into usable formats.
• Experience in analyzing customer behavior and preferences.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Familiarity with public company requirements like Sarbanes Oxley.
